What is RootX?
RootX is a product designed to kill roots in water pipelines. RootX foams on contact with water, controlling and eliminating the root problem.
What does RootX do?
RootX will warranty that pipeline diameters of 6 inches or smaller, treated with RootX, will not plug or back up due to a living tree root obstruction for a period of 12 months. RootX will warranty that pipeline diameters of 8 inches or larger, treated with RootX, will not plug or back up due to a living tree root obstruction for a period of 24 months.
This guarantee applies only to pipeline stoppages caused by live tree roots. It does not apply to stoppages caused by grease or other foreign matter; flat, collapsed, or deformed pipe; or flooding caused by a surcharge or plugged pipe downstream from the treated section.

This warranty covers the RootX product only and will not compensate for service time or labor.
